This survey was performed using a paper questionnaire past around to each tutor group. The responses were typed into a database on the computer and the following graphical displays created to show the results:
Key: | A | = Yes | Total number of pupils in survey = 195 | |
B | = No |
We wondered at the time what the 14 people without a printer did with their computer. This was in the days before CD-ROMS and the Internet gave us such a wide variety of information to search through. It is interesting to note that the number of pupils with a computer was as high as 75% in 1991 and it has remained so in 1998.
