Survey of ICT facilities at home

Results from Year 7 (2001)

The pupils in Year 7 were asked if they have various ICT facilities at home. The survey was performed entirely electronically starting with a questionnaire on our web pages. The responses were sent by email, then converted into a database and the following graphical displays created to show the results:

Nearly every pupil in the survey now has a computer at home. Almost 75% of the pupils in the survey now have internet access at home, compared with half as many only 2 years ago. Satellite or digital TV is still under 50%.
